We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee and supervise Collective Investment Programs (Investment Funds) in line with regulatory and governance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in investment fund operations, regulatory compliance, risk-based supervision methodologies, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor investment funds and collective investment programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and governance standards.
- Review fund managers’ compliance with investment regulations, policies, and disclosure requirements.
- Conduct regulatory assessments, investigations, and compliance reviews related to investment funds activities.
- Identify violations, regulatory gaps, and operational risks, and prepare detailed supervisory reports and recommendations.
- Apply Risk-Based Supervision methodologies to evaluate risks and strengthen oversight effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external entities regarding regulatory and supervisory matters.
- Provide professional consultations and technical opinions related to collective investment programs and investment funds regulations.
- Participate in developing supervisory frameworks, policies, and regulatory procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in investment funds management, supervision, compliance, or regulatory oversight.
- Strong understanding of investment funds regulations and supervisory frameworks.
- Experience in compliance reviews, regulatory reporting, internal audit, or risk management.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
