This is a remote opportunity open to Philippine-based candidates who are looking for long-term growth within an IT support function. Remote work for Philippine-based candidates only. Full-time role. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Morning shift aligned with AU timezone. Philippine tax and government contributions compliant employment.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via the helpdesk system
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup and access management
- Assist in preparing and configuring devices for new and existing employees
- Manage and update tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty tracking
- Escalate more complex issues to senior IT team members when required
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base improvements
What We’re Looking For . You’re the Perfect Fit If You
- Have 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles (or relevant hands-on training)
- Have working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Are familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, basic user management)
- Have experience or exposure to ticketing systems and IT support workflows
- Can communicate clearly and provide friendly, user-focused support
- Are organised, reliable, and willing to learn and grow in IT
Work Schedule, Salary & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Morning shift aligned with Australian business hours
- Philippine-based employment only
- Salary: Up to Php 40,000 gross per month
