Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance & Field Service Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in asset-intensive industries to support digital maintenance and field service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance workflows, mobile field service applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital maintenance and field service solutions.
- Align field operations with digital workflows and business processes.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mobile field service applications (iOS & Android).
- Perform testing in offline and low-connectivity environments.
- Support user training, UAT, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or field service within asset-intensive industries.
- Strong understanding of:
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Work Order Management
- Mobile/Field Service Applications
- Digital Maintenance Workflows
- Experience with SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle Maintenance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, or similar EAM/CMMS solutions is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure projects.
