Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a 'Junior Compliance Officer', based in Colombo (Nugegoda). The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting operational alignment with ethical and legal obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
- Above 1+ year of prior experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance practices
- Strong Analytical Skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge and experience of compliance procedures in Financial Services
- Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations and governance
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
** Prior experience in the Financial sector is beneficial
