Job Responsibilities:
- Support educational activities across multiple products from BERI.
- Promote and ensure accurate understanding of international courses we offer.
- Guide our prospective and existing students with correct information on higher education overseas.
- Regularly follow up students and manage pipelines effectively and efficiently for admission and visa related issues.
- Implement new and improved processes to ensure ongoing growth and better customer experiences.
- Engage with team members in best service practices to ensure ongoing commitment to achieving and bettering results.
Employment Status:
- Full-time.
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in business, law or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with excellent English language skills are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Presentation, workshop and public speaking skills in ENGLISH and it is a must have.
- Proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Direct experience in International Education sector and connections with schools.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Base salary: 20K BDT, for experienced candidates salary is negotiable.
