Job Title: Junior MIS Executive
Overall Objective
To support the supervisor in data analysis and report preparation by ensuring accurate data collection, proper data management, and timely reporting. The role contributes to business decision-making by providing reliable data insights and maintaining organized reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare data from various sources to support supervisors and management in data analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on business requirements
- Organize and prepare data to help identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement
- Maintain accurate and structured data records for reporting purposes
- Document reporting processes and user guidelines for future reference and training
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Support continuous improvement of MIS reporting systems and processes
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, and Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply
- Strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets, Good understanding of financial figures and accounting records
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Good organizational and reporting skills, Ability to work independently and within a team
