IDR is seeking a PMO Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role supports a large enterprise project in the public sector, focusing on project coordination and reporting within a busy government environment. Position Overview for the PMO Analyst:
- Support the Account PMO Manager in executing project management and PMO processes across multiple initiatives
- Create, maintain, and track detailed Microsoft Project work plans, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Perform status reporting across project teams, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Generate detailed and summary reports based on project progress, milestones, and deliverables
Requirements for the PMO Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience supporting projects in large organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
