JOB SUMMARY:
Overall responsible for Telecom Sites Power infrastructure deployment at Sites, and will be responsible for the detailed technical and budget planning of power systems.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for Network Deployment activities including Power Infrastructure after Civil works
- completion at Site.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for transportation, installation and commissioning of DG/RDG, Rectifier, Cabinets, Battery Banks, RMS, Solar, ATS, MCCB etc. on Sites.
- Coordinate with Customer / Mobile Network Operator (MNO) Teams for equipment installation at Site and Reporting.
- Provide regular support for the ongoing project and power systems upgrades.
- Ensure the healthy working environment culture and motivate the staff to efficiently utilize and work like a team to achieve the targets.
- Understanding of different power systems with diverse output rating including data center facility.
- Knowledge & hands on experience of RMS system for DG, CP, DC and fuel monitoring.
- Capable of supervising Power infrastructure activities related to Swap and Rollout.
- Supervision of on-site activities, equipment verification, installation, alarm testing, upgradation & acceptance.
- Hands on experience of site level PI troubleshooting.
- Solar installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of HSE protocols and implementation on site.
- Responsible for daily progress tracking and reporting of excel, power point.
- Good communication verbal and written skills.
- Skill like Team player & Vendor management.
- Knowledge about Civil Works & Commercial Power Process.
- Understands and familiar with PAT/HOTO process and documentation.
- Flexible for site traveling round the clock.
- Subcontractor performance management and training.
- Preparation of Processes, Frameworks and SOPs related to Swap and Rollout.
- Power Solution planning, implementation and commissioning.
- Network operations and technical support.
- Multi-Operator experience on different power projects.
- Installation of temporary and permanent licenses to enable required functionalities for network optimization and improvements.
- Involve supplier teams for any onsite operations.
- Lead a team of Power Engineers, Coordinate with cross-functional team CFT to ensure project alignment.
- Assign tasks, manage workload and ensure resource utilization.
- Ensure to devise and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes to complete the project delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Telecom, Electrical, Electronics)
- Master’s in Business Studies and Six Sigma Certifications shall be preferred.
B. Minimum Experience:
- 2 – 4 years of diversified local and international experience.
- 1 year in a similar role.
