Responsibilities
- Review and verify all documents submitted by customers before initiating K2 transfers and to ensure:
- Consistency of importer and beneficiary information, and Consistency between invoice, transfer application, and customs declarations.
- Goods descriptions match supporting documents. and Communicate with customers regarding deficiencies.
- Monitor receipt of post-shipment documents after goods enter Iraq.
- Follow up to obtain: Final Customs Declarations, Customs Clearance Documents, Final ASYCUDA Documents, Customs Duty Payment Receipts, Warehouse Release Documents, Final Bills of Lading among others.
- Maintain tracking of outstanding documents, delayed customs clearances, expired follow-up periods, incomplete import evidence, discrepancies between invoice and customs values, prepare exception reports and escalate unresolved cases.
- Compliance with CBI K2 requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of banking experience in, Corporate Banking, K2 Transaction Banking or Operations
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of banking products and K2 transaction processing procedures.
- Understanding of AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
