Key Responsibilities:
- Perform KYC reviews and remediation for existing client accounts to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Review, validate, and maintain KYC documentation, identifying and resolving any gaps.
- Engage directly with clients via email and occasional phone calls to request required documentation and clarify regulatory requirements.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and de-escalate concerns using approved communication guidelines.
- Manage a pipeline of approximately 20–25 active cases, prioritizing work to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Collaborate with global teams to support compliance initiatives across multiple regions.
- Accurately document and track case progress using internal case management tools.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) operations or client remediation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prior client-facing experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
