About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor with strong experience in infrastructure projects across Dubai. The role involves carrying out surveying and setting-out activities, verifying site measurements and alignments, and ensuring compliance with RTA, DM, and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic, control, setting-out, and as-built surveys for infrastructure projects.
- Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference grids.
- Verify site levels, alignments, and coordinates as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Support construction activities related to roads, stormwater drainage, utilities, and associated infrastructure works.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and digital survey data.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve survey-related issues.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and survey data for progress monitoring and payment certification.
- Ensure compliance with RTA, DM, DEWA, and project quality requirements.
- Calibrate and maintain survey instruments, including GPS and Total Station equipment.
- Adhere to project health, safety, and environmental standards during field operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
- Experience in roads, utilities, stormwater drainage, and other DM/RTA infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with RTA, DM, and DEWA standards and specifications.
- UAE consultant experience is mandatory; Dubai project experience preferred.
- RTA/DM approval is an advantage.
