Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Language School Principal to join our team in Fayoum, Egypt. This on-site role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of the language school, driving curriculum development, supervising and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies. The Principal will collaborate with teachers, students, and stakeholders to foster a productive and engaging learning environment, while also managing operations and promoting academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Leadership and proven ability to manage and direct academic programs
- Experience in Curriculum Development with a strong grasp of pedagogical methodologies
- Strong Communication skills, including collaboration with staff, students, and parents
- Background in Middle School and general education systems is beneficial
- Ability to handle operational and administrative responsibilities with excellence
- Passion for fostering academic achievement and supporting professional growth
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a school environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
