Lead, Commercial Partnerships & Growth Jobs in Singapore at SHRI Academy
Title: Lead, Commercial Partnerships & Growth
Company: SHRI Academy
Location: Singapore
ABOUT SHRI ACADEMY
SHRI Academy is the capability development and professional learning arm of the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
We design and deliver programmes across HR, leadership, organisational capability, and AI-enabled workforce transformation — spanning public programmes, corporate learning, strategic partnerships, and national-level workforce initiatives.
As the Academy expands, we are building a stronger commercial and market-facing capability to support programme growth, industry engagement, and strategic partnerships. Our work brings us into regular contact with corporate, institutional, and government stakeholders, and we operate in an environment where commercial responsiveness, programme quality, market relevance, and execution discipline matter equally.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an Senior Executive/Commercial Lead to support the commercial growth and market visibility of the Academy.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who is both creative and execution-oriented — comfortable engaging stakeholders, shaping ideas into polished materials, and driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
You will work across business development, programme marketing, stakeholder engagement, presentations, proposals, and commercial coordination. The role sits within the Academy’s commercial pillar and works closely with programme, partnerships, and marketing teams to support programme growth, market visibility, and industry engagement. This role is intentionally broad. We are looking for someone who enjoys building opportunities, connecting ideas, and contributing directly to the commercial growth of the Academy.
Success in the role is measured by the quality of execution, responsiveness, stakeholder engagement, and contribution to commercial outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will support the commercial cycle of the Academy: from outreach and lead follow-up through to proposals, presentations, programme campaigns, and partnership coordination.
A core part of the role involves helping translate conversations and ideas into structured opportunities: developing decks and proposals, coordinating programme visibility efforts, supporting campaign execution, and maintaining disciplined follow-through across multiple initiatives.
The role also requires strong communication and presentation capability. You should be comfortable developing professional-quality presentations, marketing collateral, and visual content that are clear, commercially relevant, visually polished, and audience-appropriate.
Because we operate as a lean and fast-moving team, the role requires strong coordination and execution discipline. You will work across programme, partnerships, and marketing functions simultaneously, helping ensure timelines, communications, and deliverables move forward cleanly and reliably.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We hire for demonstrated capability rather than specific credentials or years of experience.
Strong candidates typically demonstrate:
- Commercial sensibility — a good read on stakeholders, conversations, and what moves opportunities forward
- Execution discipline — the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through consistently, and deliver with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and design craft — the ability to produce written and visual materials that are clear, structured, and professionally polished
- Good judgement — the maturity to prioritise well, escalate appropriately, and operate with autonomy
- Comfort with modern working tools — Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated comfort integrating AI tools into workflows for research, content development, presentation design, marketing support, and productivity
Exposure to training, consulting, professional services, membership organisations, programme marketing, or capability-development environments is useful but not required.
We value learning agility, adaptability, professionalism, and quality of output over linear career backgrounds.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
The role offers a competitive base salary together with commission and performance incentives tied to business development and commercial outcomes.
For the right person, the role offers significant room for ownership and progression over time — particularly across business development, partnerships, programme growth, and broader commercial leadership responsibilities.
