We are looking for an experienced People professional for the role of Profession Lead. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Profession and Capability, driving the establishment and growth of the Grants Profession. Your leadership will be key to embedding professional standards, developing talent strategies, and fostering an inclusive culture within government and the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and maintain Grants Professional Standards across government
• Manage events that foster member collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Develop talent strategies and define career pathways
• Engage cross-government for diverse input and buy-in
• Oversee compliance with accessibility, GDPR, and inclusivity standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in professional development roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead talent strategies and career progression initiatives
• Expertise in EDI and compliance
• Experience managing teams or direct reports
