Qualification-Academic Graduate with 20-25 years of experience
Should have prior experience in EPC Projects in similar role and should have worked in handling large scale labour management.
Role & Responsibility
- Workmen budgeting of requirements in o-ordination with BU/Projects Heads and planning mobilization as per the project requirement to ensure project delivery and smooth operation.
- Managing the recruitment process which involves Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and co-ordination with relevant departments, Projects Heads and CSTI for the onboarding for various skills
- Co-ordination with Local government and statutory bodies, employment exchanges, Skill development institutes, Labour officer and Labour commissioner for their support in sourcing workmen and compliance with regulatory norms.
- Promoting the Apprenticeship program under NAPS and other initiatives under National Skill Development Corporation. Organizing skill development programs and workshops at project sites and CSTIs
- Regular monitoring of workmen’s productivity through performance evaluation process.
- Addressing grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment to ensure smooth project execution.
