Job Description
• Employees in this role support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to help facilitate and drive user adoption.
• Engages all levels of the organization by maintaining change management self-service tools, resources, and channels for leaders, change network, and practitioners.
• Maintains resources and utilizes communications channels to provide updates on key business unit change initiatives.
• Uses tools to track planning and completion of learning opportunities and training effectiveness.
• Uses tools to measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications.
• Supports the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user adoption.
• High school diploma
• Bachelors- preferred
