Role Description
- Ensure training operations run effectively; promote an active learning culture and optimize the employee learning experience through a strategic blend of traditional training and modern E-learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to conduct training needs assessments, then develop and implement targeted training plans and programs.
- Plan and manage the complete training lifecycle, including course coordination, logistical support, execution, and comprehensive post-course evaluation.
- Design, develop, and digitize engaging E-learning content while managing and maintaining the company's repository of training materials.
- Support and actively engage both learners and internal instructors to foster a strong, sustainable learning environment.
- Analyze training data, track technical certifications, and generate reports evaluating overall program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality training solutions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Education, Economics, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Training & Development (T&D), L&D, or similar HRD role. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in companies with a workforce of over 200 employees, ideally within technology or telecom environments.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive training programs and technical certifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with graphic/video design software (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc.) or E-learning authoring tools (iSpring, Genially, etc.), backed by strong design thinking.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and a dynamic work ethic.
