Job Description
Tenant Acquisition and Management
- Identify and secure domestic and international tenants aligned with the ISISEZ’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and meet leasing targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, managing leads and conducting negotiations.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective tenants, highlighting the benefits of locating in the SEZ.
Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze market trends to anticipate tenant needs and advise leasing strategies.
- Monitor competitive situations to identify potential opportunities for tenant acquisition.
- Provide market insights to guide ISISEZ’s positioning and branding.
Collaboration and Networking
- Work with internal teams to ensure tenants receive high-quality services.
- Develop relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to expand ISISEZ’s contact.
- Represent the ISISEZ at relevant trade shows, networking events, and conferences.
Reporting and Networking
- Prepare regular leasing performance reports, including vacancy rates and tenant profiles.
- Ensure leasing activities comply with regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and internal policies if any.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive support role, preferably within a corporate or government setting.
- Have the ability to use both Chinese and English.
- Proven track record of effectively managing schedules and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management software.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and experience in a regulatory environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
