Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team within Institutional Client Group. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documentation related to structured products issuance while coordinating with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Professional
- Strong organizational, proofreading, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within financial services/legal documentation support preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review deal documentation including Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Notes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on time-sensitive transactions
- Support regulatory filings and manage confidential information
- Maintain and improve documentation templates for automation
- Escalate legal/documentation issues as needed and support ongoing operational activities
