Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on commercial contracts, export spot contracts, and related agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Support the Sales team in translating commercial terms into clear and legally binding contractual provisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on contract revisions, negotiations, amendments, and execution.
  • Prepare and manage contract-related documentation, including appendices, amendments, template updates, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Review Purchase Orders and supporting documents prior to approval and signing.

2. Project Legal Support

  • Support legal procedures for investment and development projects, including applications, amendments, and renewals of investment licenses and project-related permits.
  • Prepare, review, and submit legal dossiers for pre- and post-investment procedures, including construction, environmental, fire prevention, land, and operational permits.
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal consultants, and external service providers regarding regulatory and licensing matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal support on issues related to project implementation, construction, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve legal and operational matters arising throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the drafting and review of project agreements, corporate documents, basic M&A documents, and related legal reports.
  • Monitor licensing timelines, maintain project legal records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal requirements.

3. Internal Legal & Administrative Support

  • Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory matters affecting company operations.
  • Draft corporate legal documents, official correspondence, and documents for enterprise registration or amendment procedures.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Support the review and drafting of local contracts, dispute settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required.
  • Handle internal administrative and compliance-related procedures in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Law or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Civil, Commercial, Investment, Corporate, Environmental, and Construction laws.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or within the legal field.
  • Experience in investment projects, licensing procedures, or project legal support is preferred.
  • Professional English proficiency, particularly in legal drafting and contract negotiation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • – Professional working attitude with strong integrity and confidentiality awareness.

Working location and hours:

  • Location: Floor 2, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Time: Mon-Fri (8.00 AM – 5.00 PM) & Sat (8.00 AM – 12.00 PM – WFH available)
