We are currently seeking a Legal Senior Staff to join our dynamic team and support the company’s compliance, contracts, and corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage company legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and corporate policies.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations (corporate, labor, BPOM, OSS, environmental, etc.).
- Provide legal advice and support to management and other departments on various business activities.
- Liaise with government institutions, external legal counsel, and other related parties.
- Maintain and update corporate legal documents such as company licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Handle dispute resolution and prepare legal correspondence when necessary.
- Support in the development and implementation of company compliance and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and industrial relations.
- Familiar with licensing processes (OSS, BPOM, NIB, etc.).
- Excellent drafting and reviewing skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
