Title: Legal Specialist

Location: Jakarta Metropolitan Area
- Handle all legal aspects related to land and property, including:
- Land titles and certificates (Freehold, Right to Build, Right to Use, etc.)
- Extension, renewal, transfer, subdivision, and consolidation of land certificates
- Land, building permits, and waqf (endowment) land documentation
- Liaise and coordinate with National Land Agency (BPN), PPAT, notaries, and relevant government authorities
- Conduct legal due diligence for land and property acquisition, leasing, and development projects
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including lease agreements, cooperation agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, licensing, and filing systems (both hardcopy and softcopy)
- Provide legal advice and identify potential legal risks to support business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Master Degree in Land is a strong advantage
- Have min. 5 years of experience in similiar positions
- Strong understanding of BPN processes, land certification and permit, and Indonesia law and regulations.
- Prior experience and established networking with BPN in various regions are a strong advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy documentation skills
- Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Strong communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Firm, decisive, and confident in providing legal opinions and recommendations
- Comfortable working in both office and field settings
- Willing to travel as required for business needs.
