The Role

  • Assisting in the development, maintenance and application of systems, procedures, templates and resources supporting program delivery, operational efficiency and legislative compliance.
  • Supporting program management through routine reporting and administrative processes in line with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking research, audit support and basic financial or performance data analysis to identify program specific issues and contribute to evidence based advice and recommendations.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on program, compliance, policy or financial information, maintaining awareness of program related issues and trends.
  • Preparing accurate and timely reports, briefing notes, submissions, presentations and correspondence, including regular and ad hoc reporting requirements.
