- Reviewing damage/loss claims and investigating the root causes of incidents to determine liability.
- Maintaining meticulous records of claims, including gathering necessary documentation.
- Identifying trends in logistic errors, providing feedback to operational teams to prevent future damages, and verifying the accuracy of claims to prevent fraud.
- Support overall claims handling processes to meet departmental KPIs.
- Prepare daily operational summaries and monthly performance reports to be presented to the top management.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in claims handling, Quality assurance, or logistics/freight forwarding is generally required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to assess claim validity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with all stakeholders.
