Local Authority Housing Accommodation Officer, West London Pay rate to £34 per hour Contract role, Local Authority Housing Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Accommodation Officer in West London. You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing department. Responsibilities Arrange and manage placements into TA and PRS accommodation Ensure properties meet required standards and compliance Carry out inspections and monitor housing conditions Support the management of voids, re-lets and move-on activity Work with landlords, agents and providers to maintain supply Manage tenancy and licence arrangements and resolve housing issues Provide advice and support to residents to sustain accommodation Please get in touch for more information.
