Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' of hands-on experience in IT & maintenance support.
- Must have strong experience in 𝐂𝐂𝐓𝐕 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.
- Experience with network administration and hardware maintenance is essential.
- Previous experience in retail/e-commerce company will be a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking & IT infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Good understanding of security systems & electrical equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
ASMI Super Shop is expanding its technical team! We are urgently looking for a skilled Maintenance/IT Officer who can ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure & maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and surveillance equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, WiFi, routers, switches).
- Provide technical support to office staff for hardware, software & networking problems.
- Maintain office electrical equipment, printers, scanners & computer accessories.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and IT security monitoring.
- Install and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Manage and maintain attendance devices, POS systems, and related machines.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchases and repairs.
- Ensure smooth operation of all maintenance-related activities in the office.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education: Diploma (Vocational), Bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: Surveillance, Network configuration , IT Security , Cyber Security
