Role Description
We are seeking a Strategy Consultant – Creative Industries / Market Expansion (Europe) to join our remote team.
We are not hiring for a standard consultancy role. We are looking for people who understand European creative markets—not just in theory, but in practice—and want to shape the growth of its creative industries.

In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic advisory to creative and cultural organizations for high-impact projects
- Conduct market and funding analyses to identify growth opportunities for our clients
- Design actionable business and expansion strategies for clients entering or scaling across multiple European markets
- Facilitate cross-border collaborations, co-productions, and strategic partnerships
- Translate complex European market and regulatory dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations
This is a high-impact role in a pan-European environment, blending strategy, culture, and business execution across industries such as gaming, film, immersive media, and in cultural institutions.
What you'll do
- Lead or co-advise strategic advisory engagements for creative and cultural organisations across multiple European markets
- Identify and evaluate EU funding, grants, and financing structures to unlock growth opportunities
- Design and deliver market expansion strategies for clients entering or scaling across Europe's creative economy
- Build and facilitate co-production networks, multi-stakeholder consortiums, and international partnerships
- Translate complex European regulatory, market, and cultural dynamics into clear, actionable insights
- Drive cross-border ecosystem development with measurable, high-impact outcomes
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting (creative, cultural, gaming, hospitality, or related industries preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with market analysis, EU funding evaluation, and business strategy
- Familiarity with European creative and cultural markets
- Experience in cross-border collaborations or international projects
- Educational background in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related fields
- Multilingual skills are a plus (working language is English; additional European languages are an asset)
