Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context
We are looking for a disciplined, proactive, and highly organized person to lead our Human Resources and Administration department. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between military-grade discipline and corporate HR management, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.
Work Place: Work at Factory
Job Responsibilities
- HR Strategy: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Discipline & Compliance: Maintain strict organizational discipline and ensure all operations comply with Bangladesh Labour Law.
- Security Management: Supervise the internal security team and implement protocols to ensure the safety of company assets and personnel.
- Administration: Manage office facilities, transport, and procurement of administrative supplies.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, local authorities, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputed university.
- Additional HR certification (PGDHRM) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Shrimp, Shrimp Aquaculture
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Shrimp, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Poultry, Fisheries, Dairy, Agro based Startup
Additional Requirements
- Exceptional leadership and command over manpower.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism.
Experience Requirements
- Mandatory: Retired Army Officer.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in HR/Admin in a corporate or industrial setting after retirement.
