Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end process of commercial fee computation, including negotiation, fee collection, and agreement finalization with third parties for the development of petrol stations, EV charging stations, and new commercial facilities and develop framework for new revenue-generating initiative that covers Joint Venture model, financial modelling, cashflow forecast, negotiation of JV and collaboration with 3rd party.
Responsibility
1. To facilitate, monitor and drive NTI from the implementation of Mobility Retail Infrastructure projects including Petrol Stations and EV Charging Stations.
2. Lead the end-to-end process of commercial fee computation, including negotiation, fee collection, and agreement finalization with third parties for the development of petrol stations, EV charging stations, and new commercial facilities.
3. Spearhead quick-win initiatives aimed at generating revenue streams for the company, leveraging market insights and strategic partnerships. Lead the analysis on financial evaluation, demand projection, cost estimation, cash flow projection and internal rate return (IRR)/net present value (NPV) analysis for commercial initiatives to increase the yield for non-toll revenue growth and achieve optimum profit margin
4. Drive the implementation of Commercial Development’s land development strategies, program, initiatives and activities aligned with PLUS’ 5-years Roadside Development Masterplan.
5. Develop joint-venture models framework tailored to specific collaboration opportunities based on project scope, financial objectives, risk profiles. Conduct comprehensive assessment to determine most suitable JV model based on JV partners’ strategic fit, track record, location of developments and commercial viability of the collaboration.
6. Draft and execute JV agreements, memorandum of understanding and governance frameworks that covers scope of works, clarity on roles of PLUS and JV partners and profit-sharing arrangement.
7. Identify greenfield locations adjacent to highway based on pre-determined commercial criteria and apply for commercial facility development approval from Malaysian Highway Authority.
8. Build and maintain effective relationship with various internal and external stakeholders including government authorities and business partners by organizing engagements, meetings and visits to deliver CD’s initiatives
Qualification
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or any equivalent technical qualifications.
- Experience with Oilco business, economics modelling and analysis.
- Experienced in project management
