Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities within the automobile sector (government, semi-government, and private sectors).
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle, including documentation, pricing, submission, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate internally with relevant teams for costing, technical specifications, and approvals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate and fleet sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including corporates, leasing companies, and institutions.
  • Drive sales for a range of products including EVs, ICE vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, tender handling, or key account management within the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation, particularly in government and large-scale corporate sectors.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales or fleet business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
