Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities within the automobile sector (government, semi-government, and private sectors).
- Manage the full tender lifecycle, including documentation, pricing, submission, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams for costing, technical specifications, and approvals.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate and fleet sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including corporates, leasing companies, and institutions.
- Drive sales for a range of products including EVs, ICE vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, tender handling, or key account management within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation, particularly in government and large-scale corporate sectors.
- Proven track record in corporate sales or fleet business development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
