Manager – Operations & Outreach
The Circle – Caring for Children is one of Pakistan’s leading child development and therapy centres, dedicated to supporting children with autism, speech and language disorders, learning difficulties and other developmental challenges. Over the past 14 years, we have built a reputation for professionalism, clinical excellence and compassionate care.
We are looking for a qualified, energetic, organised and people-oriented professional who enjoys working with families, building strong teams and ensuring that systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
* Address concerns promptly, resolve issues professionally and proactively.
* Develop, strengthen and implement organisational policies relating to HR, ethics, and workplace standards.
* Lead recruitment activities, including job advertisements, applicant screening, interviews, indication, onboarding and offboarding.
* Support therapist engagement through effective communication, policy implementation, grievance handling and performance support.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with referral partners including hospitals, schools, paediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
* Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, awareness sessions, training programmes and outreach events.
* Work closely with the CEO and Clinical Director to strengthen organisational systems and help drive The Circle’s continued growth.
Qualifications & Experience
* Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related discipline.
* 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in operations, HR, administration, client relations or a similar management role.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong leadership potential.
