Job Responsibilities
Work for a major food and beverage manufacturer featured in commercials, handling information gathering and data organization.
Information Gathering
- Search for and retrieve academic papers, and track online news from various countries and regulatory authorities
- Conduct research targeting academic literature, regulatory information, and news (desktop research)
- Collect and summarize overseas primary information (regulatory authorities, government announcements, guidelines, etc.), primarily in English
Data Organization
- Input experimental data, analyze results, and summarize research findings
- Organize and clean experimental data (standardize formats, data cleansing, handle missing values, etc.)
- Aggregate and analyze data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Administrative Tasks
- Organize documents and paperwork
Requirements
- Basic PC skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel functions)
- JLPT N1 or higher
Contract Renewal
- Possible contract extension based on workload, performance, company status, and project progress
