About the Job
The Market Research Manager is responsible for providing market intelligence and strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making within the photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage industry, as well as power market, AIDC for North American. This role will analyze market trends, customer demand, competitive activities, industry policies, and emerging opportunities, helping the organization strengthen its market position and drive sustainable growth.

· Conduct and analyze research on North American solar PV markets , Energy Storage industry, and power market including AIDC with high accuracy and attention to detail to generate market insights and identify new business opportunities.
· Interpret forward-looking market data, pricing, and competitive intelligence from key suppliers and other market actors throughout the N. American solar value chain.
· Respond to internal research requests with timely and relevant information including data analyses, policy briefs, industry interviews, and case studies.
· Track and report federal, regional and state-level updates for N. American solar PV markets including policy changes, regulatory proceedings, financial rebates, tax incentives, PPAs, utility rate tariffs, and net metering.
· Support multiple research projects and business objectives simultaneously, including developing scopes of work, collaborating with team members to complete project tasks, and interfacing with relevant stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver information.
· Create and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and other important informational resources to support business units and executive teams.
· Build and maintain relationships with important stakeholder groups including external research and consulting firms, advocacy groups, government officials, and other similar entities.
· Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and creativity to proactively generate ideas for research tasks, work approaches, presentation of information, and issue resolution.
