Responsibilities:
- Manage external and internal communications to enhance the firm’s regional brand image.
- Develop and maintain marketing collaterals and brand assets (e.g., brochures, presentations, and sales tools).
- Lead and execute media relations strategies to secure regional press coverage and manage journalist inquiries.
- Oversee all social media channels (including global and Chinese platforms) from content creation to scheduling.
- Provide onsite event support, capturing real-time video and photo content for digital platforms.
- Identify and manage award submissions, ensuring all firm requirements and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or account management within an agency environment
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong content creation, mobile video editing and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suites (especially PowerPoint)
- Adaptive and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediately available is preferred
