Job Summary:
Marketing Officer is responsible in the achievement of deposit generation and cross sell targets, identifying business opportunities, and acquisition of new deals for National Government accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages a baseline deposit portfolio commensurate to the employee's SL and contributes in ensuring that the Bank's daily liquidity requirements/regulatory ratios and profitability targets are met and complied with
- Provide a high level of customer service to VIP accounts and baseline volume of Private Government client mix, ensuring that their day-to-day product and pricing requirements are met.
- Collaborates with the Branch Banking Groups and Branches and other sales and marketing and support units to present business solutions and enhance quality of services provided to customers.
- Conducts client calls and profiling of clients and market sensing to determine suitable product offerings.
- Markets/cross sells Bank products and services.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferably with Master's Degree or equivalent
- Experience: 72 hours of relevant training
- Training: 5 years of relevant experience
- Eligibility: Career Service Professional/ relevant eligibility for second level position/RA 1080
