A leading UAE-based organisation is looking to appoint an Events & Media Lead to manage its corporate events portfolio and drive external visibility through industry forums and leadership engagement.
This role requires a strong balance between hands-on event execution and experience supporting senior stakeholders in high-profile, media-facing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of internal and external events (launches, forums, sponsorships, executive engagements)
- Drive participation in industry conferences, panels, and leadership platforms
- Support senior leadership with speaking opportunities and external visibility
- Manage agencies, vendors, and event budgets
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with broader business objectives
Requirements:
- 10 plus years experience in Banking is mandatory, across events, marketing, or corporate communications
- Proven exposure to both event management and leadership-facing industry engagement
- Background within large corporates, financial services, or government environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, particularly with senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously

- Location: Ajman, UAE (on-site role with regular event attendance)
- Budget: AED 35-45,000 plus family benefits
