A reputed FMCG Factory based in Rupandehi is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Officer to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for production, sales, and inventory
- Manage and update data across departments using Excel/ERP systems
- Analyze data trends and generate insights to support management decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to concerned departments
- Coordinate with production, sales, and store teams for data collection and reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation and data backup systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as an MIS Officer or similar role (FMCG/manufacturing background preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Based in or willing to relocate to Rupandehi
