It is a hands-on role at the centre of the guest and colleague journey, working closely with the Guest Experience and Housing teams to bring each day’s logistics to life.

- Liaise with airport authorities, ground-handling agents, and transport vendors on permits, gate access, and meet-and-greet arrangements for guests and VIPs.
- Manage last-minute changes to road transfers caused by flight delays or itinerary updates, and maintain accurate vehicle logs, passenger manifests, and permit records for audit purposes.
Guest Movement & Sailing Support
- Partner with the Guest Experience and Butler teams to align boat schedules with guest arrivals, departures, VIP movements, and special requests.
- Monitor weather and sea conditions proactively, communicating any transfer changes early to Guest Experience leadership so the guest journey stays seamless.
- Act as a calm, reliable point of contact whenever guest sailing plans need to adapt, keeping communication clear and reassuring for guests and colleagues alike.
Employee Boat Sailings & Bookings
- Book boats for employee sailings, including shift rotations, new-joiner and offboarding movements, and supply runs.
- Manage boat permits and supporting documentation for employee and operational sailings.
- Assist with emergency bookings, liaising directly with relevant government authorities and boat companies on short notice.
- Maintain accurate passenger counts and manifests for all employee sailings.
Captain, Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
