Our client Liaison Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Islamabad
Liaison Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Officer for its head office in Islamabad. The role requires occasional travel to provincial capitals. Candidates should have at least a 16 years qualification in Management Sciences, Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or any other relevant field, and a minimum of three 03 years experience in M&ER in public sector organizations or consulting services while managing government and donor funded projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize comprehensive organizational Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, systems and ensure its alignment with the strategic directives and priority areas set forth by the management.
- Coordinate closely with external stakeholders, including clients/ donors (public sector organizations and international development partners) and internally with sections/ units & key individuals to maintain evidence-driven planning processes, program implementation support, continuous strategic learning, and improve initiatives.
- Systematically collect, verify, and analyze institutional performance data to establish & maintain dynamic databases/ interactive dashboards, and accordingly perform its reporting to generate actionable insights for executive-level decision support alongwith developing reports for clients/ donors as per the requirements.
- Facilitate adaptive management by proactively identifying systematic challenges, synthesizing lessons learned, and distilling best practices to strengthen organizational effectiveness across all functions and programs.
- Undertake additional assignments as delegated by senior management, ensuring responsiveness to evolving organizational needs.
