About the Role

The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will guide the overall M&E strategy and implementation of project activities and contracts, providing timely and relevant information to project stakeholder

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree, either in Engineering, social science, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • Experienced position in Monitoring & Evaluation, and capacity building of IFIs funded project, preferably World Bank and ADB
  • Substantial senior-level experience with specific training in Policy, Planning, and M&E for
  • international development projects.
  • Experience in project management, working with teams of professionals, and liaising with the
  • government.
  • Good computer literacy and experience in drafting or using M&E manuals.
  • At least ten years of combined professional experience in the relevant sectors.
  • Has completed at least 5 (five) similar (relevant) urban water assignments in a similar position.
  • Hass at least six years of experience in the Asia-Pacific Region. Work experience in Timor-Leste and knowledge of administrative systems and government organization is an advantage.
