Responsabilités
- Facilitate and substantively contribute to the incorporation of monitoring and reporting into the Judiciary’s programme formulation:
- Assist in the development concept notes, strategies, workplans and implementation of the EU-UNDP Great Project activities.
- Facilitate and substantively contribute to the development of monitoring indicators, monitoring calendars, and field monitoring plans and quality assurance processes.
- Include inputs from relevant evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations into programme formulation.
- Contribute to the Judiciary’s annual work plan monitoring, reviews, and reporting with regards to, but not limited to the EU-UNDP GREAT Project including the judiciary Strategic Plan (2021-2025).
- Visit the Project sites to support monitoring of results and planning processes as required.
- Draft and monitor the Judiciary's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Plans as it relates to the Judiciary Strategic Plan and other projects.
- Facilitate the reporting of results to internal (Senior Management) and external (Executive Board, Donors) audiences:
- Facilitate the process of the Judiciary’s meeting internal and external reporting requirements and deadlines, including annual reporting process;
- Facilitate capacity building opportunities for staff and partners at the Judiciary in the areas of Results Based Management (RBM), Monitoring and Evaluation;
- Promote the awareness and understanding of the shared responsibility of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) among all Judiciary staff members through communication, training, learning and development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in monitoring and evaluation, economics, statistics, sociology, public administration, international development, development studies and public policy
- 3-year in Monitoring and Evaluation, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, public administration, international development, development studies, and Public Policy.
Required skills
- Professional certifications in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) or relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluating development projects is required.
- Relevant experience in programme and/or team management working with quality assurance instruments, results-based management models, and multiple stakeholders providing advisory services and managing a complex portfolio of projects.
- Experience in analysis of socio-economic issues and related policy matters is desirable.
- A project/programme management certification would be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners, including grassroots community members, religious and youth organizations, and authorities at various levels; familiarity with tools and approaches of communications for development.
- Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel;
- Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and email/internet; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment;
- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Sound security awareness.
- Have affinity with or interest in UNDP’s volunteerism as a mechanism for durable development and the UN System.
Pay range and compensation package
- Lump-sum entry bonus ($400).
- Monthly living allowance.

- Annual leave (2.5 days/month).

- Exit allowance (1 VLA/12 months).
