- Program Monitoring
- Conduct regular field monitoring visits to all Mobile Health Clinic locations.
- Monitor service delivery against approved plans, protocols, and targets.
- Track patient flow, service utilization, referral systems, and outreach performance.
- Verify daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Clinical Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to primary healthcare protocols, maternal health standards, infection prevention, safeguarding, and patient safety procedures.
- Conduct quality audits of diagnosis, treatment, referrals, and documentation.
- Review medicine dispensing practices and stock management.
- Monitor patient confidentiality and digital health record quality.
- Data Quality & Performance Analysis
- Review and validate service data from all mobile clinics.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of health data.
- Analyze service trends, patient demographics, referral patterns, and key health indicators.
- Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- Staff Supervision & Capacity Building
- Monitor the performance of Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Drivers, and support staff.
- Identify performance gaps and training needs.
- Organize refresher training on:
- Clinical protocols
- Digital health records
- Safeguarding
- Disability inclusion
- Patient-centered care
- Support mentoring and on-site coaching.
- Client Feedback & Quality Improvement
- Establish and monitor patient feedback mechanisms.
- Review complaints and client satisfaction reports.
- Develop corrective action plans for identified service gaps.
- Promote patient-centered and inclusive healthcare practices.
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, organizational SOPs, and national healthcare standards.
- Support audits, external evaluations, and donor visits.
- Ensure safeguarding and ethical standards are maintained in service delivery.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly monitoring and quality reports.
- Submit findings, recommendations, and action plans to management.
- Maintain quality audit reports and monitoring visit documentation.
- Support preparation of donor reports and impact documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: master of public health (mph)
- Skills: medical staff supervision, clinical monitoring, documentation and reporting, monitoring and evaluation, community health, monitoring and evaluation tools, medical supervision, reporting and documentation, clinical management, patient care & clinical skills
