DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC is leading Aluminium profile manufacturer in Bangladesh specializing in architectural and industrial applications. We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. The Role is tracking, reporting & performance analysis.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and track sales employees' and surveyors' field activities, attendance, and performance.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries.
- Identify sales gaps, performance issues, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Evaluate sales team KPIs and ensure target achievement.
- Verify field reports, customer visits, and survey data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and market coverage.
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track improvement results.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making and sales strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with reporting procedures and company policies.
