This role provides critical analysis for long-term financial sustainability and asset management planning, facilitating effective decision-making for senior management and Council.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess information flow related to asset management
• Collect and maintain municipal asset inventories
• Develop standard practices for asset data management
• Execute life-cycle analysis and condition assessments
• Collaborate on capital budget development and updates
Requirements:
• Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• At least three years of Asset Management experience
• Understanding of Municipal Accounting and regulations
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management software
