Role Summary
The CEO Office Manager will serve as a key coordination and execution partner within the CEO Office, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and follow-through across business functions. The role is responsible for supporting executive decision-making through high-quality briefing materials, tracking strategic initiatives, managing executive communications, and ensuring timely closure of key actions and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Consolidate inputs from departments into clear, concise CEO briefs, summaries, and talking points.
• Ensure decision papers are complete, accurate, and aligned with established standards and templates.
• Organize and coordinate CEO engagements with Chiefs and Vice Presidents, including weekly priorities and monthly performance reviews.
• Track, monitor, and report progress on CEO directives and key action items across business functions.
• Coordinate CEO-sponsored initiatives and strategic tasks with clear ownership, timelines, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare executive communications including remarks, FAQs, and internal messages based on approved content.
• Coordinate and review Arabic and English materials to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare executive briefing packs, presentations, and meeting notes for engagements with government entities, investors, and strategic partners.
• Ensure meeting logistics, protocol requirements, and follow-up actions are managed end-to-end.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of CEO dashboards through collecting and consolidating key business metrics and status updates.
• Ensure timely circulation of meeting summaries and executive communications to relevant stakeholders.
• Support executive coordination during critical business events and high-priority activities.
• Keep the CEO informed through concise updates, status summaries, and action tracking.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience within CEO Office, Executive Office, Strategy, PMO, Executive Support, or similar functions.
Language Requirements
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
