System Support
- MS-Windows Server and Client OS installation and basic configurations.
- System Image Deployment and collecting.
- System Updates Deployment and releases execution.
- MS-SQL installation and basic configurations.
- Custom Application support (Troubleshoot , diagnose and logs collection).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, user, and system issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure high performance and availability of Systems.
- Hardware installation, support, and troubleshooting Workstations PC , Desktop printer, and Kiosks machines.
Cable Installation & Laying
- Install, route, and lay structured cabling systems including CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7, and serial cables (RS232 & RS485)
- Ensure cables are properly organized, labelled, and managed in compliance industry standards
- Terminate copper cables at patch panels, wall outlets, and equipment
- Perform cable splicing, crimping, and connector installation to required standards
- Conduct cable testing using appropriate tools to verify signal integrity and performance
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify faults or failures in cabling infrastructure
- Support the configuration and verification of basic connectivity across sites
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards during all installation activities
Others
- Perform basic electrical measurements including voltage, current, resistance, and power readings using standard instruments (multi-meters, clamp meters, etc.).
- Carry out installation, configuration and termination of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and connected electric cables.
- Carry out site surveys and assessments prior to installation works.
- Coordinate team members to meet the timeline.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a closely related technical role.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Kuwait Residence Permit.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License and personal vehicle.
- IT graduation (bachelor’s level)
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
- Willingness to travel to physical sites across the network as operational needs arise.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary
