Wind Farm Project Manager – Open to Expats

- Site based, Philippines
Wind Farm Project Manager needed to oversee end-to-end delivery of wind farm construction projects in the Philippines, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution from mobilization to COD. Site-based role managing large scale onshore wind farm project construction and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for turbine erection, cabling, substation, and grid connection.
- Manage EPC contractors, local subcontractors, and 50+ site personnel, conduct daily safety walks and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with DOE, NGCP, and local government for permits, ROW, and community relations.
- Track budget, variations, and claims, forecast cashflow and report to PMO monthly.
- Ensure HSSE compliance (OSHA, DOLE, wind-specific hazards like crane ops and heights).
Requirements
- 7+ years wind farm project management, 3+ years site-based in SE Asia/Philippines preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)
- PMP certification advantageous
- Able to be based on site 5.5 days per week
- Fluent English
