About the Role
- A unique and highly challenging intelligence position in which the Desk Specialist holds end-to-end intelligence responsibility for a defined geographic area.
- The role includes analyzing and assessing intelligence collected through various methods, leveraging advanced data systems, extracting insights, and creating integrated intelligence assessments within the officer’s area of responsibility.
- As part of the position, the Desk Specialist directs collection efforts and manages operational activities relevant to their domain.
- This is a demanding and impactful role, offering both personal and professional growth.

Requirements
- Academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher), or eligibility for a degree by the start of training.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle – mandatory.
- Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
- An intelligence background – an advantage.
- Technological orientation and ability to work with advanced systems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends when required.
- Assignment in the Jerusalem area.
- Required training includes an 8-month course held in central Israel.
