Key Responsibilities:
Government & Community Affairs
- Coordinate with local and regional government authorities to ensure all operational permits and business matters are properly managed.
- Assist in processing official applications and navigating regulatory requirements for site operations.
Legal & Compliance Documentation
- Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents, including land leases and company certifications.
- Liaise with the legal team to ensure all vendor contracts and service agreements comply with company standards.
- Monitor changes in local regulations that may impact field operations and report them to management.
Operational Administration
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support the HOD and ensure the smooth operation of business units.
- Assist in preparing formal reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the management team in implementing and enforcing company SOPs across all departments.
Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams to process material requests, return notes, and site delivery schedules.
- Support the Supply Chain team in tracking related documentation.
- Liaise with external service providers (logistics, security, maintenance) to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive community and government matters professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to project sites and government offices as required.
Working Hours: 8:00 am ~ 4:30 pm
Working Days: Monday ~ Friday
Office Location: No 46, UFC-Tower, 7th Floor, Corner of Theinphyu Road and Mahabandula Road, Botahtaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
