On behalf of one of the clients, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Service Centers to oversee Amer and Tasheel center operations.
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in managing government service centers, leading teams, monitoring operational KPIs, improving service quality, enhancing customer experience, and driving business improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in Amer, Tasheel, or similar government service centers
- Strong operations management and team leadership skills
- Experience in monitoring and achieving operational KPIs
- Ability to improve processes, productivity, and service efficiency
- Strong focus on customer experience and service quality
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
